Not much need for words here, everyday is Critter Christmas. Pulse optional.
One thing of note, it has become clear that there is quite a nasty parasite in the mantises here. I'm not sure if they're crawling out because the mantis is otherwise dying, or it's the parasites fault, either way these long black uber skinny worms come out and writhe around for a few minutes, i'm assuming looking for a new host, before dying. It's shocking how long they are for something so small.
So that's lovely.
Oh, and it's stink bug mania around here. They smell surprisingly... grasslike.
